Mr. Vinod Kumar Jain is law graduate and fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is practising as a Chartered Accountant since 1984. He was partner in the firm `Sharma, Dawar & Vinod, Chartered Accountants’ during 1984-89. Thereafter in 1989 his proprietorship firm Vinod Kumar Jain & Co. came in existence.
He is an expert in the field of Income Tax Law. He is also expert in providing management consultancy particularly in the field of finance and construction.
Mr. Jain has done Business Consultancy Studies Course conducted by the Bombay Chartered Accountants Society in association with Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. He was ranked 2nd in the examination conducted by University of Bombay.
Mr. Jain has also completed Internal Audit Studies course conducted by the Bombay Chartered Accountants Society with 1st rank.
Mr. Jain is a regular speaker on tax laws in CA study circles, refresher courses, WIRC seminars and Rotary Clubs. He has written various Articles on tax laws. He expresses his expertise on complex topics of tax laws and financial planning in most lucid manner in a layman's language.
Mr. Jain is a visiting faculty at Atharva School of Business. He delivers lecture on Finance Management and Direct Taxes to students pursuing MBA course.
Mr. Jain was co-opted as a member of Western India Regional Council of CA institute in Research & Publication Committee and Study Circle Committee. He has been a member of Managing Committee of Malad Chamber of Tax Consultants. He is a regular co-author of budget publication issued by Malad Chamber of Tax Consultants within 24 hours of announcement of the Budget for last 10 years.
He has been president of Rotary Club of Mumbai Versova. He is also Paul Harris Fellowship Member. He is also recipient of Four Avenues of Service Citation from Rotary International and is also a trustee of Digamber Jain Sanstha . |
