History:

1984	Vinod Kumar Jain joined a partnership firm SHARMA DAWAR & VINOD, Chartered Accountants and started practice at Navjeevan Society, Grant Road.
1989	Started proprietorship firm Vinod Kumar Jain & Co., Chartered Accountants., at Navjeevan Society, Grant Road.
1994	The firm shifted to Andheri at Nityanand Society for easy proximity to its clients. It was a small office with few staff with small client base offering taxation and audit.
2001	The firm shifted to bigger office in Andheri at Apollo Arcade which has easy proximity to Andheri Station and Western Express Highway. The client base grew and staff increased. The firm incorporated latest computers and other electronic equipments in its infrastructure.
2003	The firm acquired one more office space on the same floor. It started offering services in Project finance and debt syndication. The client base got added with some renowned real estate developers and corporates.
2011	The firm acquired additional large office space on the same floor. The staff expanded with professionals in finance e and management and got associated with chartered accountants and other professionals for excelling the professional services to 600 plus client base ranging from Individuals, HNIs to large corporates.
2013	Today the firm operates from a 2000 sq, ft spacious office, employing a variety of professional staff and number of article trainees. The firm is continuously upgrading its technological infrastructure and offers the services with minimum down time to its valued clientele. The firm offers services to include statutory audit, tax audit, internal audit, taxation, management consulting, project finance and debt syndication.
